I’m strugggling with all the changes ahead of me, my moving, my mothers health, my siblings anger outbursts, my best friend moving, having to had to rehome one of my cats I had for 8 years, insomnia, crtying outbursts, unable to focus and make decisions, being trauma triggered by moving to apartment, going to hospital, dealing with medical caregivers for my mom etc. T
