Please include:
•First and Last name as you would like it to appear
•Email address you will use to log into the website
•Telephone number
•Postal mailing address
•If you are an IM of SNU, please include your IM number

Once we receive your request, we will contact you soon to complete the application process.

Membership fees.

The annual subscription is £25.
If you are already an Individual member of the SNU the annual subscription will be £10.
All subscriptions can be paid by credit card or debit card.
